This hotel don’t deserve a rating! The people running the front desk asked for 400 Philippine pesos before they looked for our reservation. Apon entering the room there was no towels, wash clothes and no toilet paper. There was dead cockroaches on the floor

Wanted to reschedule or indicate canceling but could not communicate through hotels.com app or even to give details of person staying as property requested ... Then after check in time had began property emailed me with local phone number to give the info...too late obviously and of course was charged and lost the payment amount.
