Excellent stay. The staff were professional, attentive and genuinely welcoming throughout our visit. The hotel is stylish, well presented and in an excellent location. What stood out most was the quality of the service, which was a cut above what we normally experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location right in the heart ❤️ of Bourke St Mall. Lovely staff and nice clean rooms. Easy access to shops etc. We had friends birthday so accommodation was perfect. Nice staycation. We'll stay again 😀

Second time staying and still very impressed by the convenient location, cleanliness and lovely staff. Only suggestion would be to possibly have extra blankets and shower amenities like shower caps and hygiene kit please. We had neighbours whom had their TV on full volume till 11:30pm which is annoying when trying to sleep, maybe when not so busy to space out guests.

Fantastic location. So many shops close by. Plenty of public transport. Our room was small but modern and very clean.
