We check in around 8pm and the person checking us in was not friendly (we had read the staff is very friendly). We were driving and did not see the parking valet sign )it only faces one way to traffic), but she was not helpful when we called to ask for more direction. She may have had a bad day, but it wasn’t great.

We checked in late at night and immediately noticed a strong disinfectant smell coming from the bed and bedding. The smell was so overwhelming that it made it nearly impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, staff were rude during checkout and kept pressuring us to leave in the morning, which felt very unprofessional and unpleasant. Valet parking was also extremely slow, with an unreasonably long wait time for the car. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and we would not stay here again

Advertised to have a restaurant and patio bar. This was false. Loud construction started at 7:00am and lasted all day.
