The room has new furnishings but it is not clean. The walls are dirty and the calking around the bathroom sink is mouldy.
The apartment is a comfortable size, but the balcony room we had isn’t outside. The balcony’s are enclosed and looking at all the other room in the tower. That was the most disappointing part.
The area is quiet but the rooms are not soundproof so you hear everything going on around you.

The location is perfect and the staff was always kind and helpful. I feel I probably got the best deal. It's an incredibly affordable place to stay, the 1 bedroom apartment was large, and if I had an issue with any amenity the staff was there to help me through it. I took one star off only because the pictures in the listing lead me to believe that I'd have a view, but didn't. But who needs a view? Step outside and soak up all the great things that Hanoi has to offer.
P.S. Not having a view also meant that I wasn't woken up by any road noise.

It was nice staying there. Apartment was spacious, modern and well equiped. Manager Bruce and reception staff was very nice. House keeping was not good though. They didn’t clean room daily or when they did not properly. Overall it was a good experience.
