This hotel was amazing. The staff were helpful and kind, and the breakfast was included with my stay- it was delicious and extensive! I stayed about a week here during the heatwave at the end of May and thankfully the hotel had AC! The rooms were clean and the cleaning staff were very nice and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet at night, but still a lot of people walking around to where you feel safe. I would absolutely stay here again the next time I’m in Paris!

We stayed here as a couple for 4 nights. Very impressed with the front desk staff as they were all friendly and capable and assisted us with finding local restaurants and keeping our luggage in storage on checkout day. Our standard room was small for manoeuvring around our suitcases- but the air conditioning in the recent heat wave was excellent. I liked the proximity to local metro and bus lines. We would stay here again!

Clean room, friendly staffs, close to metro, quiet at night, breakfast is nice especially coffee(but need more veriety), uber cost 10's to 20's euro from popular places. I will stay next visit.

New hotel, with the downstairs still under construction. Great price. Extremely clean room with comfortable bed, but there's an automatic fan that makes a whining noise; I wore earplugs at night. Breakfast was delicious. Very friendly and helpful staff in person, but terrible online communication. I left a small item in my room and have sent an email and WhatsApp messages, but no response. (I can't call because of high roaming charges.)

They not only accommodated but thoughtfully executed the special request I had made regarding our room and bathroom, which was deeply appreciated. The option for online check-in was a convenient touch, making the arrival process seamless and hassle-free. Additionally, the cleanliness of the property was impeccable—every corner was spotless, which further enhanced the comfort and luxury of our stay. Overall, this stay exceeded all expectations, and I will undoubtedly be returning when I visit France again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for top-tier service, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere!
