Fantastic hotel in the heart of Roma Norte. Perfect location, lovely and extremely helpful staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. Would stay again.

A small gem in the perfect neighborhood. Staff was friendly. Everything was always clean. I will stay here again if we go back to Mexico city

Great location, friendly and helpful staff. Not a fan of just an overhead shower but that’s minor. Large room at an affordable price.

Amazing stay at ONTO in CDMX. The location is perfect, close to excellent restaurants, easy to get to main attractions and the staff are superb. They upgraded us to a fabulous room on the top floor ... the rooftop on was better than we anticipated with magnificent views of the city. Highly.... Highly recommend!
