The staff were so helpful and organised a quick local tour for us as we were only briefly in Windhoek. Breakfast was excellent.
The dinner was very elegant but rather ‘haute cuisine’ great for a celebration meal - we enjoyed our plates but prefer to have some more simple dishes on the menu.

The hotel was absolutely fantastic. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very elegant and had an excellent bed.
We had a sublime creative dinner and a magnificent breakfast. Everything was perfect.

සාමාන්‍යයට වඩා අඩු The hotel is clean but loud. The management tries too hard to make it a first class experience without success.
The restaurant is clean and the food is okay, but not high grade cuisine. Restaurant staff is friendly but has no idea how to serve , which most of the people in that restaurant didn't even notice. It's a 3 star hotel, wanting to be a 5 star hotel.

This hotel is fantastic. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Bed pillows, super comfortable. Internet works great. Amazing restaurant that overlooks the city and the mountains. Love the overall design of the hotel it is beautiful.
Would recommend to anyone.
