This was the best place I’ve stayed at in my entire trip to China and the spots I stayed at before this were all 4-5 star hotels. This place was just so cozy it had such a homey feel. The rooms were super clean, there was attention to detail like restocking water in the room everyday and the best thing was the staff. The girl at the front Jojo or 周燏嫣 was so helpful and kind. She was super knowledgeable about all the parks and went out of her way to help us map out the route for each park and even marked them on a physical map for us. Overall just such an amazing experience will definitely be coming back.

Really lovely stay. The staff were super attentive, helpful, and kind. The room was great. Very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, and the location was great. Highly recommend!

Part of the national park (heavens gate) is very close (10 mins in car) other parts are further away but that would be the same for any hotel you stay in, the park is vast and has 5 gates so you would choose a gate then a hotel close to that gate. The staff here are amazing (10 star) so friendly and helpful and communication is not a problem, the hotel is simplistic and a little remote but all we needed was somewhere to sleep as there is too much to see and do, if you want to eat at the end of the day the food is 10 star I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

We really enjoyed our stay, our hosts were very welcoming and helpful, couldn’t fault them. Only downside was that Expedia advertised this property as having a bar and restaurant which it does not have onsite. But would still recommend!

This hotel was comfortable and the staff made us feel like family. They went out of their way to help us including booking tickets, organizing rides and working to make our stay exceptional.

Small hotel, but the staff were very kind and friendly. They help us for visiting the famous places in Zhangjiajie! They were very helpful.
