This hotel is fantastic and the best place we stayed in Japan.
The rooms make good use of the space. It was comfortable even with 2 adults and 2 children.
The laundry room was very useful, and the Japanese garden is a beautiful addition.
Great location near Namba station with 7 Eleven and Lawson stores within one block.
Excellent design makes this hotel feel like a quiet oasis from the busy streets of Osaka.
Highly recommend for families.

We got the family suite & there was plenty of room for all 6 of us - including our 2 young children. The beds were comfortable, the room was clean & had plenty of space for the kids to play. It was also a perfect location right next to 7-11 & very close, easy walking distance to plenty of attractions

Favorite hotel stay in Japan. The Osaka branch has been open a year. The staff were helpful, the room was spacious and spotless (the moat comfy bed of our trip and had the strongest water pressure). Great amenities including the rooftop terrace which was playing movies the night we went up to check it out.
The hotel is close to Namba station. Although the reception is right off a busy street, the hotel is tucked in behind and was very quiet. Excellent location. Would stay here again, or in one of their other properties next trip.

We had the best experience with the staff here! The staff even went the extra mile to stand at the side of the road to catch a taxi and communicate with the driver on our behalf. The staff always greet guests with a friendly smile whenever we leave/exit the hotel. The kids loved the bobble machine which dispensed complimentary sweets each day. Excellent location, excellent staff! We will surely be back and would highly recommend anyone looking for convenience and excellent service.

Front desk staff are very friendly, and they have staff at the front desk 24/7. Hotel location is great. Hotel itself is clean and amenities are good. I love the Pola shampoo and conditioner, rare to find! Laundry room gets very busy after 8pm. I would recommend this hotel for families traveling with young kids.

Great location right in the middle of Namba, lots to do! The amenities were great, we definitely used the washing/drying machine the most and loved our beds as well! Great friendly staff and great experience overall! It was quiet and we had no issues at any point in our trip

Staff was very helpful with luggage transferred. It was very into the fun part of Osaka. The room was very large, which was exceptional for the area.

This hotel is in a prime location. We’re family of five and the room was an adequate size to accommodate us. You are in the center of Namba within walking distance to all the attractions. The staff was very helpful at all hours. Highly recommend this hotel.
