Overall, this is a great option for us. The negatives: Our room has mold on the wall, smells a bit like someone smoked in there and the floor boards were not all connected. The pool was beautiful but it had a tarp on so we couldn’t get in.
The positives: The room had a panoramic view of the mountains. They provided plenty of bottled water each day. The staff was warm and welcoming. They helped us planned our trip, got tickets, etc. They gave us rides to and from the middle gate (south east gate) of the Zhangjiajie National Forest Park which was extremely convenient. They also provided a one way ride either from or to the hotel.They provided free laundry service. (We had a long trip and had loads of laundry.) Their breakfast was great and had a great variety of western and Asian choices. We noticed they specially made soup noodles for customers based on different dietary restrictions.
We would stay here again. The customer service was just top notched.

The location it’s excellent when you wanna visit national Park. It’s very close to everything if you need to go somewhere just order DiDi very easy. The stuff very helpful they help you to book anything what you want!

Incredible views of the mountains, amazing sunrise view, great breakfast and service. Special shout out to Kim for translating everything for us and helping us navigate the area. Everyone of the stuff was super helpful and made us feel welcome.
They helped us book the excursions such as the avatar mountains & Tianmen mountain. Gave us all the necessary information and gotcha that made our experience really enjoyable.

Our stay was fabulous. We got a room upgrade it was amazing. Staff were super helpful and very nice. Breakfast was also good. Special thanks to Xiaoxiao who help us with tickets and to make our stay smooth. Also thanks to Hailey who also helps us at the reception. Everyone was so kind and nice. I definitely recommend this hotel

This place is fantastic! Right by the Avatar peaks, with stunning views. The pools are so refreshing, the breakfast is delicious, and the free shuttle is a huge plus. The English-speaking staff were incredibly helpful—they arranged all our tours and tickets, making the whole trip stress-free. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. 10/10 would stay again!

This hotel is amazing! The location right at the foot of the Avatar mountains is breathtaking. The two pools are beautiful and so refreshing, and the breakfast was delicious with tons of local options. Huge thanks to the super helpful English-speaking staff—they planned our itinerary, booked all our tickets, and made everything effortless. The free shuttle service is a game-changer. Couldn’t recommend it more!

We could easily get in and out of the park from here. The staff were always on hand to offer help and useful tips whenever we needed them.
