I don’t like nothing about them. They’re dirty. They don’t help me right they’re not nice with you.

Good location and staff

I had an excellent stay! Everything was great from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel itself was quiet, relaxing, and in a great location. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend this hotel!

What was online is different

The staff were very friendly especially Abu Aoun (valet driver) and Husam. Breakfast buffet was very good. My room was quiet. I like the location since it was walking distance to several local restaurants ( Gardens area). Overall I was pleased with my stay.

Excellent location everything you need is around you .

Everything was okay except of the windows was very bad quality and unsecured properly and unquiet

The hotel located in Central of Amman and easy to reach out anywhere in town.... very clean hotel, friendly stuff, nice food...and very quite surrounding..... exceptional experience

Professional, friendly staff

Our first time booking this hotel and we do not plan on ever coming back. The first room never showed any picture or a description of it being a connected room to where we could hear everything that was happening next door. Severe lack of ventilation/air circulation. The staff? Very rude. You’d have a question and they’d always give you an attitude or show a lack of attention to the matter. We were then switched to another smaller room without a price change or some money back. The room still needed fixing and they placed us in it.
