I have stayed at this hotel previously without any issues. This stay was not the same. As I walked in the room you could smell mold. I have allergies and this made it unbearable. It was so bad I had to sleep with a mask.

I recommend Hugo’s rental 100% Clean, tidy, very very convenient location. Check-in / out very easy. Reply to messages fast. Amazing colonial building. Definitely will book with them again on my next trip to PR. 💙

El servicio es excelente, el cuarto muy bonito, amplio y limpio, con excelente ubicación. Si regreso a Puerto Rico definitivamente me volvería a quedar allí

This property was clean. In a very convenient location. Only thing I didn’t like was no windows for outside light to come into the room.

The bed was comfortable and the location was superb, which made the stay enjoyable overall. However, there was a major inconvenience when the water was out for a few hours and the property didn’t have a water cistern or backup system. Since we only stayed one night, we had to wait until the next morning to shower, which was frustrating. For the price we paid, having a water backup system is something I would definitely expect

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Air conditioning was very nice and cold. Communicating was very easy. Property close to many shops, restaurants and sightseeing tours. Would definitely stay here again!
