STAR INN Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

The property was fine. It’s a no thrill motel. The room was updated as pictured. Better than most motel 6. However there was no shower gel or shampoo. Only a small little bar soap. And the bed sheets had a funny smell and there were some body hair on the sheets. Never seen that in a motel/hotel before.

There was hair all over the sink and in the shower. The towels were dirty so just bring your own. Other than that it was a cool hotel. Depending when you go the parking could be full. I had to park outside near the store it was a short walk but it was a little annoying

Parking is difficult if you arriving late

Staff: the lady in charge of checking us in, is hidden behind a dark window. We couldn’t see her face at all in the two days we had to stay there. Stairs and hallway are dirty, there were food and dust on the floor for days. Bathroom: it was not clean at all! There were hair on the sink, shower and sink were clogged. The “mirror” is aluminum!! Reflection is distorted. A Barn door separates the room from the bathroom. No privacy at all. Súper extra thin - see- through towels. Room: Either you have a full blast of light or walk in the dark. No lamps in the room. No mirror as well. Extra thin walls. You can hear everything that is happening in other rooms. TV remote control is provided to guests upon request. If you forget to return it the deposit will not be reimbursed. You are forced by “ the lady in the shadows”, to leave a review from your staying before you abandon the hotel. She also suggests to book directly with them and not through Expedia. The neighborhood is shady. Pros: a couple of fast food restaurants within walking distance. Never stay here again!

Muy sucio, las habitaciones estaban usadas, olía horrible, todo estaba sucio, ha sido el lugar más asqueroso donde me he hospedado. Renté dos cuartos y fue una experiencia horrible para mis amigos también, ahora me siento culpable. Las fotos del lugar son engañosas pues cuando llegas ahí te llevas una terrible decepción.

Just for a quick stay

The place is terrible—filthy, absolutely filthy. There is hair everywhere, and the sheets are dirty. I don't know why they sent me to that place; it's worse than the Motel 6.

Staff was very rude. And nosey. And I didn’t get my deposit back even tho I left everything the way I found it. Take ur money else where.

This place barely qualifies as a hotel. The room felt dirty from the moment we walked in. The sheets were covered in visible stains and didn’t look fresh or properly washed. There were random spots and marks all over, which made it really uncomfortable to even think about sleeping in that bed. The mattress cover and quilt weren’t any better, with discoloration and patchy marks that made everything feel unhygienic. The towels were bad, old, worn out, and shedding lint everywhere every time we used them. On top of that, the noise was terrible. Every time someone upstairs flushed the toilet, it sounded like a waterfall in our room, making it hard to rest. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay and I wouldn’t recommend it.
