සාමාන්යයට වඩා අඩු Booked for Superior Room and pay ahead but upon arrived no room available. Staff request to upgrade to Deluxe (add RM10), check the different is deluxe with window. The room on ground floor, there a small window facing the back alley. Nothing to view except the back alley.
