A lovely hotel, comfortable bed, good location. However, the hot water wasn't working in one of the rooms and they were supposed to fix it while we were out but didn't. Apart from this minor issue, I'd definitely come back again.

I will say this! If you speak English put the tab for DND on the door. Everyday they opened our door despite us telling them to wait or hold on. It was very frustrating and rude. One moment I was in bed with my partner and they just opened it. The service was good. The opening the door constantly on my partner and I despite yelling at the door was very unsafe and rude.

Excellent hotel, staff are brilliant, friendly and very helpful! rooms were clean and very comfortable. Maybe the odd touch up on skirting boards needed but nothing else. beds are really comfortable. Location is again excellent, I would highly recommend and I would definitely return and stay there again!! Well done to all the staff you really made our stay!

Everything we were looking for and more at this price range. Perfect walking distance from the Eiffel Tower, arc de triomphe and Metro! Balcony view was beautiful
