Generally an excellent stay.
Staff helpful and polite.
Howeved, wifi connection poor.
Also no bar or coffee bar. Only 1 restaurant - food was acceptable for the price. Not great.

The room is clean , staffs were friendly and polite. The laundry room is good but only the hours is not long enough. Overall is good

The room was very clean and had been recently painted - this was obvious due to the paint splashes on the floor and net curtains. It is also single glazing so even on the 11th floor outside noises can be heard. There is also no international power points or USB ports in the room but the staff were very helpful in getting an adapter for the room. The location is in a residential area so grab / taxi is needed to get to Ipoh’s points of interest.

We stay here each time we’re in Ipoh because we like the quiet area, room amenities, nice room designs, and nice staff. We also like the pool and the gym. We do our laundry in the night when there’s less usage, it’s up by the pool. There’s a morning market across the street only during the weekend I believe.

Spacious room and comfortable bed. If not for the wet bathroom shower setup it could have earn a five star.
