Super friendly staff, a delicious breakfast, delicious food of restaurant and a very clean, beautifully designed private spa with a sauna and jacuzzi and we also had massage there/ The freshly brewed coffee was amazing! The location is perfect — close to Arab Street with plenty of restaurants, and just a short walk from Old Tbilisi. Highly recommended!

The staff politeness and behaviour was exceptional. But the hotel rooms were not great. The sink outside bathroom and toilet was very inconvenient.

After 10 days in multiple hotels and areas, Id say the staff in this Hotel were the best. Led me to extend 2 more nights there
