Great hotel, very clean with helpful staff. My room was actually bigger than I expected.
In a quiet and safe neighbourhood in Paris. 5 minute walk to metro lines 7 or 14, which get you into downtown Paris in 20 minutes or so. Would definitely stay here again.

A great base with easy access to all areas of Paris. Air-conditioning was a life saver during the heat wave. Clean rooms with very comfortable beds and well stocked kitchenette (including hot plate), which made preparing meals in the room easy. One of our rooms had a broken (but still functional) shower, which took some time and a few visits to reception but was repaired before we left. Overall we were very happy with our decision to stay there, and we appreciated the kind and helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend for a (somewhat!) budget friendly option (particularly if you book ahead).

I specifically booked this hotel because it was advertised with air conditioning. When I check into the room, the room's AC was broken and has not yet been fixed for the entire stay. We are in a major extreme heatwave in Paris with temp of 102 F without AC and the property was unable to give us another room with working AC. The hotel manager even refused to directly communicate with us. Expedia tried to call the hotel multiple times to escalate that you should for us but the hotel never answer expedia's phone call.

Great location for an affordable trip to Paris. Easy walking access to M14 metro (Maison Blanche station) makes it 5 or 6 stops to the centre of the action on a very comfortable and fast train. Super safe and modern area with good dining options. Would definitely stay here again.

Far from central Paris. Very nice lobby area. Rooms are small but contain all the amenities one would need during their stay!

Everything was top notch except the second bed. The sofa couch bed was uncomfortable as it was uneven and you could feel the metal spring. Would be perfect if they change the second bed in the suite with a more comfortable bed.
