Great stay

Clean room, very helpful staff. Good location near Nice Riquer train station.

Wouldn’t come here with family as there are certain things on display in reception that children shouldn’t see - it should be adults only. The pool area is very small and limited seating meaning sometimes you don’t get a seat. The breakfast selection was poor compared to other continental breakfasts. We had a late flight in the evening and thought we could stay at the pool and shower later but they only had toilet facilities for us to use and no showers which was poor. The room we booked was also very very small. The decor was cool but wouldn’t stay here again. It is close enough to the tram and is close to the train station which is good

Mama Shelter is always our first choice wherever we stay. This one was no exception! The staff simply the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone treated us like family! Great location, fun vibe, pool. Overall, we will come back next time we are in Nice! Thank you for taking such great care of us!!!!

A fun and contemporary hotel with a welcoming and helpful reception team. Close to the Port area in Nice and walkable from the main trainline and tramline to the airport. A good buffet breakfast selection. Our room was large with very high ceilings. A large bathroom and impressive shower. Sadly the shower drain was a bit smelly probably due to the hot weather. We didn’t get to use the pool as there were limited parasols and shade in the hot weather. Plus children playing slip and slide in the entrance to the pool area which we would have expected the team to have curtailed due to the danger and disturbance to other guests.

Wow the beds are some of the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. Rooms are small but who cares when the bed is so comfortable. Plus the masks are a funny touch. I’m definitely going to stay at this chain again!

Beautiful property and super friendly staff.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing! The staff were EXCELLENT.. SO kind and helpful! 💛Rooms were incredibly clean. Cons: The rooms were hot (could barely feel any A/C, so it was hard to sleep) and the showers weren’t too warm. Also, the location wasn’t the best.. wish we had stayed closer to Old Town.

Will definitely stay here again! Beautiful hotel, clean (modern!) rooms, very friendly staff, nice rooftop, serious party vibe in the downstairs restaurant. Not super familiar with the city, but the location seemed great. My one and only complaint was that the air conditioning was pretty weak, had a hard time sleeping in the heat. On the plus side, the mattress was ONE mattress - revolutionary concept for Europe. So no slipping in between two single mattresses pushed together. Really appreciated that. Price was fair. Can't wait to come back some day.
