Great location. Everything I needed for a stay. Highly recommended, would 100% stay again.

What stood out - clean room, staff, amenities, everything was great. PLUS there is a very affordable restaurant across the street.

For someone with a foreign body injury playing up, climbing a flight of stairs is not ideal. I am not going to waste my time on other matters.

What was great about this place is that they can store your luggage. This was helpful since we were traveling around and they kept our luggage for a few days before check in. The overall quality of the rooms were ok. It was somewhat clean but there were wet spot on the floor. Wasn't sure if it was because of the heavy rain. AC unit worked great, especially since it was hot and humid.

This was a good booking, comfortable bed where I was able to get lots of sleep. Friendly volunteer staff. I would stay here again.

Definitely come back for the next visit.

Absolutely LOVED my stay here. Everything was clean, the beds were so comfortable, and the staff was very kind. The owner was easily contactable, and special shout out to Tracy who was able to have all our questions answered!

This Guest House / Hostel is well located. We were able to check in early when I informed that I may not be able to return before 11. Staff are helpful but only if you insist on getting the help you need. One actually said to us " I have work to do, can you come back and I can help you" at which point I said, "I need the help now please" and The cleaning equipment are left in the basement hall/sitting dining area. When we arrived at about mid day, the staircase area had a terrible smell. Again common area looked and smelled less clean than it actually is. Both kettles were having electrical problems. Most disappointingly, we booked a deluxe family room and it was nothing like the photos. Bathroom was ok. Curtains needed fixing and there is no blind. Noise was no issue even though it was near road and traffic. We had to ask for the beddings to be changed as we found a good few hairs. A/C was switched off from a control in the reception, but they were quick to help with it and get it working too. It was easy to get taxi from here to the airport at early hours. Being near the station, dining options were plenty. As we are keen walkers, we were able to walk to most places and also easily catch train to attraction that are really far. Overall, this is not a place we will return to, having said that if you were looking for a hostel, this will be a good place to stay.
