I love the hôtel. Very close to the train station and in front of a supermarket. The room was nice and quiet. The staff was very friendly.

Clean room, nice hot shower and strong AC. Grocery store and train station right across the street. An easy 2-stop commute to Amsterdam Centraal.

We only been notified at the check-in, the room service only operates 3 days once, which should be flagged at our online booking time, The room is not equipped with enough tissue, clean towels, shower gel, shampoo etc... for the 3 days, unless you call the reception for service. During our 5 nights stay, after the 3rd night the room service still not happening, we have to call the reception and a maintenance staff coming to helped us on the room supplies, garbage removal and sheet changing, which is sounds like not his scope of work... The vanity sinks & coat hook are installed very high and difficult to reach. The staffs are friendly, but the hotel 3 days once room service system is broken. The hotel bath room has mold and vent at the ceiling has a lot of dust. We recommend hotels.com to red flag/notify people, whom book more than 1 night. This is a very import part of the hotel stay experience.

El hotel esta bien ubicado, justo al lado de la estacion de tren de Zandaam y un supermercado al ladito tambien hay varias tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca pero honestamente nuestra estadia no fue buena. Esta viejo, sucio, las alfombras sucias y manchadas, habia moho en el techo del baño y todo lucia como si nunca han limpiado… tuvimoa que ir al supermercado a comprar detergente para higienizar un poco la habitacion (la chica del lobby muy amable nos dijo que limpiaban una vez a la semana y si requeriamos que fueran a limpiar debiamos avisar 24 horas antes (¿?)…. Esta al lado de un parquesito donde se sienta la gente a fumar y a escuchar musica hasta altas horas de la noche. La ropa cama limpia, (lo unico). Volvería? No.

Great location 10 min by train from Amsterdam. Not much to do there but it’s good for not paying the Amsterdam prices.

This hotel was ideally located for visiting Amsterdam . 10 minutes on the train (station located right beside hotel ). Hotel staff were lovely , room clean and very quiet. Restaurant looked lovely (although we didn’t eat there ) He area is lovely with a lovely little shopping and bars close by. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
