12 STEPS TO ENTER HOTEL. Not ADA accessible. No safe in the room. Staff just entered the room with a pass key to check honor bar 1 hour after we checked in without knocking or asking. Outlets are difficult to access and not tight causing the plug to fall out several times.

The room was okay and breakfast poor with cold eggs. I didn't bother even going day 2. District is good and staff seem good. I wouldn't go back

the staff of the hotel was very nice and helpful. our activity is early in the morning and we have to leave the hotel at 6am and we are unable to go to the free breakfast because they start at 7am. the staff prepared ban mih sandwich to take to our trip so we can have breakfast. the hotel is close to everything. i dont mind staying in the hotel again

Rooms are a bit tired-looking and depressing. No bedside lamps. Layout not great; I had to move a chair into the bathroom to make space to open my mid-size suitcase. Slowest lift in the known universe. Only redeeming feature - the staff.
