The hotel is in a great location and the very helpful staff. The facilities are in decent condition but the AC doesn’t work well as it was controlled by the building management. Despite being a five star hotel, it doesn’t have a swimming pool.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. I had to check out one day earlier. They made efforts to ensure I was not over charged.

Hope there will be more varieties for the breakfast buffet. We stayed there for 5 days and we had the same food throughout. Another feedback is about the bathroom door in the room. The door was too heavy and made a loud noise when opening/closing. Otherwise, fantastic location and good team of staff to upkeep the cleanliness.

Enjoyed the stay. Only complaint is I booked 2-bed room, but the front desk said only one person can use free breakfast, until I showed my Hilton card.

Biggest issue was temperature of the room at night. Thermostat did not work, room would stay hot all night when it was cool outside. Asked staff to send someone but was not fixed.
