The room itself is nice. The big problem though is that in order to check in you need to go to a second building a few blocks away. It's not very well signed to tell you that unless you look closely.

We were given rooms across town form the actual hotel. That walk is not safe and dirty. We did not feel safe walking there and especially at night n. We had people follow up around. Not a safe part of the city. The staff was very nice and helpful and the breakfast at the main hotel was great.

Conveniently located next to the train station but it's a 20-25 minute walk from the city center. Room was very spacious and quiet. I would recommend for one or two nights, especially if you are taking early trains as the station is just across the street.

Room was very clean with the exception of some mould in the drain of the shower. Location was ok, although no information provided about picking the keys up, we had to look this up through the reviews.
The street outside the rooms didn’t feel the safest and wouldn’t have been comfortable if I was a solo traveller but is quite close to everything that we wanted to do!

The staff was very helpful upon our check in. The room was very close to the train station which was helpful. However, it is also close to lots of traffic and noise. The heat would not get the room warm.

The property was clean and conveniently located but the street noise was loud. The check-in location what's different from the actual room so you had to walk to tune different places. The instructions and check in procedure was smooth.

නියමයි This place was lovely from the time we checked in the staff were fabulous including the cleaning staff, the room was big and wonderful and clean. The shower great and the location was perfect.
