Hotel Leev Victoire & Spa

The hotel was great, excellent location, 1 minute walk from metro 7 and 2 mins from metro 9 (both useful for getting around). There are multiple bars, supermarkets, bakeries and cafes within a minutes walk. The hotel is located just off the main road, on a pedestrianised area outside a school (Mon-Fri) so it’s quiet, with the exception of the occasional police car (but that adds to the Parisian ambience!). We stayed in the Duplex apartment and it had so much space. A good sized kitchenette, big dining table, decent sized sofa, toilet down a corridor and then a small roof balcony the length of the apartment overlooking the school/quiet road. Upstairs is a King-sized bedroom with good cupboard space, safe, and a decent en suite bathroom/toilet with big shower, then the twin room which has an odd layout (a raised bed, a bit like the top of a bunk bed, and then at the foot of it another slightly raised bed). Odd, but it worked for our family. This has an en suite shower and sink, but no toilet, and a desk area. The air conditioning throughout was exceptional, which we needed as we were in 33 celsius heat the whole time (May’s heat wave). Wi-FI great too Overall I would rate this 5 Star BUT the hotel took an “authorisation payment” every month before we arrived without warning. This was for the full booking amount (€1,500) and that blocked the money from our account for 3-4 days causing financial issues. Why so much, so often, without warning?! Please change this practice!

No AC at night. I had to sleep with the windows open.staff was extremely helpful.

Staff were brilliant. However we were offered breakfast which not only didn't arrive on day 1, but they also didn't tell us that. Then on day 2 it arrived 30 mins late, which isn't ideal when your day is planned. So if they offer breakfast I'd just say no! Also we started getting ants in our room (Vega, 2nd floor)

Room was great. Staff were friendly. Area was amazing with lots of things close by. Overall great hotel.

Staff were excellent and so was the location so its sad to write a negative review. Beds were very uncomfortable as pillows lacked any firmness. The spa amenities mostly didnt exist, it was a gym and a sauna. There were no breakfast facilities as mentioned in the description.

Appreciated bed, location, friendly staff, mini frig, kettle. But I got so little sleep here as the thermostat could not change temperature. The room was very hot. I asked fellow at desk to help & he didn't know how to adjust it. When I arrived, the window was open & the room very cold. Then when closed & heat on, went up to 27.5C. The room smelled like incense. So I was glad to leave after 1nite. Lose the decorative pillows unless they're washed between guests. Lose the decorative pillows that are not washed between guests.

The staff is amazing and helpful. The hotel is small but the room is clean, modern and you have everything you need! Location is really good close to the train station and restaurants. Area is safe at at any time.
