Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed the homestay. It was clean and quiet, a very easy walk to the old town. Breakfast is included and was excellent in the mornings.

We had an excellent stay at Yen Villa. Vinh was very helpful and kind. Breakfast and food in general is very good. Its a wonderful back alley location that is highly walkable to Hoi An. You can also grab one of the free bikes to ride into town. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend it.
