Beautiful President Suite, perfect except very sleepery tiles in the shower (suggestion to add an anti sleepery mat). Staffs were nice. Had only a bad experience with laundry servi1¹

If you are looking for a Mountain view, this is not a hotel for the view. The hotel location is good. It's a small hotel.

Booked the hotel because of the location and it did not disappoint. Located in the Sa Pa centre but ideally away from the bustling area. Within 5min walk to the centre. Room was well maintained and clean. Staff have been extremely nice and polite. Very fluent in English, much to our surprise given that many locals in the area arent. Would definitely go to the same hotel if returning to Sa Pa.

All staff were super helpful with all our requests when we had checked out and had a long wait for our bus, particularly Maria and Nhi. Property is super modern, rooms are clean and comfortable, and a lovely breakfast! Location is very central, we loves this hotel and would return if visiting Sapa.
