I had a wonderful stay at Orbi City Hotel in Batumi. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable, with an amazing sea view. The location is perfect, close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Batumi and would love to come back again!

This is not the famous HOLIDAY INN hotels. I was put in very small and dirty room completely different from the listed photos. Waiting time at the elevator was very long 30-45 minutes, always busy and croweded. No house keeping every day. It is absolutely not worth the price you pay for.

Прежде всего, хозяин был очень дружелюбным и внимательным. Квартира была чистой и опрятной. В апартаментах был балкон и вид на море, и, что самое важное, они находились недалеко от пляжа.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy, wifi, TV, all necessary equipment. Most importantly, the apartment was close to the sea. There were cafes, restaurants, shops around the apartment. In the end, we can say that I spent a pleasant day in Batumi.

Прекрасный отдых в Batumi! Остались очень довольны проживанием в Orbi City. Апартаменты современные, чистые и уютные, с великолепным видом на море и город. Особенно понравилось расположение — всего несколько минут до пляжа, набережной, ресторанов и магазинов. В номере было всё необходимое для комфортного отдыха: удобная кровать, кондиционер, быстрый Wi-Fi, мини-кухня и балкон с потрясающими закатами. Заселение прошло быстро и без проблем, хозяин всегда был на связи и готов помочь по любому вопросу. Каждое утро начиналось с невероятного вида на Чёрное море, что делало отдых ещё более особенным. Отличное сочетание цены, качества и расположения. Обязательно вернёмся сюда снова и будем рекомендовать это место друзьям и знакомым! Спасибо за гостеприимство и прекрасные впечатления от отдыха в Батуми

The location is absolutely perfect, just steps away from the beach and close to all major attractions, restaurants, and entertainment areas. The apartment was spotless, modern, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, especially during sunset. The host was extremely professional, responsive, and helpful throughout our visit, making check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. The room exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and overall quality. Fast Wi-Fi, comfortable beds, excellent facilities, and a peaceful atmosphere made our vacation truly memorable. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Batumi, whether for business or leisure. We will definitely return on our next trip. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality!" This property is advertised as a hotel, but it is actually just an apartment. Upon arrival, there was no reception service available, and we were told to call a phone number. Unfortunately, the host never showed up or provided assistance. After waiting and being unable to check in, we had to find and book another place to stay. Overall, it was a very disappointing and stressful experience, and I would not recommend this property.

The room I was given was not the room I originally booked. I was told the previous guest had extended their stay, so I had to be moved to a different building and room instead. If you arrive early, luggage storage is available at reception, but there is an extra charge for it. The receptionist in the building also wasn’t the friendliest. The lifts and reception area could get very busy at times, likely because the building is huge and has a lot of units. The room only came with one tissue roll, and no cleaning service was provided during my stay. Depending on your luck, you may also have noisy neighbours and notice smoke smells in the hallways or nearby rooms. On the positive side, it’s a short drive to the airport and fairly central to most places. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for.
