The breakfast was tasteless and menu was limited. They had the same 5 options every day. The room did not have a blow dryer or iron. My friend requested an iron for 3 days and never received it. After receiving a blow dryer they accused us of stealing their blow dryer and even checked our suitcases! They never apologized. I would definitely not recommend here to stay. The only amenity that they have is a shared pool.

Loved the stay here, staff are all so kind and respectful. The food was always cooked upon request and rooms were cleaned up quite well. It’s a quiet place to stay suitable for a group of guests rather than solo. Important to note that, the villa has got beach access, however, the tides were almost always low. The place is close to the famous Kendwa and Nungwi but transport around the Villa is hard to get, so we used the driver and transport at the property. Overall enjoyed our stay and would definitely go again.

This place is a real gem! I stayed in the Kasa Villa for 4 nights with my dad, and we were so impressed with how spacious, clean, and comfortable everything was. The staff were friendly and helpful and our stay was so quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious. I was sad to leave!

We stayed 3 nights.. 2 adults 3 children..9,10,13yrs. 1 mins drive from main road..(mzee wa makuti junction). The kitchen, dining area and 3 bedrooms are spacious and clean.3 Bathrooms clean. Pool.is small but good for a dip.The beach is rocky, not ideal for a swim but lovely. Fisherman village next door.. The staff and manager Adam exceptional. Easy commute to Nungwi and kendwa. Very safe and quiet location.
