It was an amazing experience

when we arrived to check in. we were told there weren’t any more keycards available so we had to be escorted to our room to be let it. meaning both guests couldn’t leave the room at the same time if we wanted to because we would have to get let back in. we were also told that we would’ve been receiving a keycard within 30 mins and we went the whole night without a key to our room. also when we arrived in the room when we turned the faucet on the bottom of it will leak out water. we asked to change rooms and when we did we had to be let into that room as well. in that room we didn’t have a remote to the television and the door wasn’t able to lock on the inside. we went back to make a complaint but was only offered the remote and still never received a key to this room as well.

Very noisy surroundings ..

The whole description is false advertisement. There’s no breakfast no restaurant nothing, rooms so little and dirty , staff are rude no help.

The overall property was ok. Room was way smaller than what is presented online. The shower head in the bathroom was broke, sheets had cigarette burns in them, our window was open and tied with rope so it did not close all the way. The hallways smelled like ashtrays, and the noise from both outside and inside was absolutely insane. The neighbors didn’t stop playing music until 830am and then the guest from across the hall was so loud on the phone you would have thought she was in the room with us. We literally just took a nap to be able to drive home after our event and left.

Parking was pretty bad

We arrived at 5 n the room wasn’t ready, there are no mirrors in the room, not the bathroom mirror nothing. Ice machine wasn’t fully working either. It served its purpose for a quick night cap. There’s supermarkets near by though for drinks n food.

Great place very expensive 202 a night, given the trash and smell from the entrance which smells like dead body parts and crackheads living out of cars and tons of trash everywhere however neighborhood was ok nice people just dirty area
