First of all. The staff. Was very good. They answered all my questions. And took care of all my needs. The hotel itself. Is an older hotel. It has a lot of problems. Cockroaches. Ant's. No T, VS in the room. No refrigerators in the room. No screens on the windows. No air con. The interior of the room looked very outdated, with a lot of patches on the walls and the ceilings uncared for. But overall? It was comfortable. The only amenities? Was hot water and coffee.

The staffs there are very approachable, friendly and kind.Just only one I don’t like it, my bathroom is a bit smelly I don’t where it comes but it’s look clean. I don’t evrytime went to bed I smell so funny.

Our rooms is in very bad state and no towel provided in two nights stay .Rooms are smiley and needs updated ..ceiling visible like moulds color and beddings are very thin very poor quality…

molds & mildew in initial room booked so had no choice but to upgrade. The new room lacked amenities like Tv. Had to ask the receptionist to operate the AC and even the water heater for us. The room was not soundproof… we were disturbed constantly by loud chatters at the reception area & main lobby seating. Cups for water/ coffee are dirty, stained… unsanitary
