Aparthotel Adagio Access Brussels Airport

Big rooms, good amenities, nice breakfast, and convenient shuttle.

I enjoyed my stay, but I could never understand why I had to pay €25 for parking during an 8-hour stay. That's ridiculous

L’accès est assez facile et à proximité de l’aéroport avec navettes. Seul hic, on ne m’avait pas informé du fonctionnement de l’ascenseur qui prend obligatoirement la clé de ta chambre. Aussi mon lit avait un défaut.

This is the worst hotel out of five we stayed during our visit to Belgium. It lists a restaurant and airport shuttle but it fails to mention that actual breakfast is in the next Holiday Inn Express and the shuttle only runs in the morning and in the evening. Air-condition (at 31C outside) and coffee maker didn't work. Basin sink was clogged -- which means you could see snot of previous guests floating back from the drain when you use the faucet. Receptionists are helpless, they only try to respond if you press them with your questions. They don't know where to catch the shuttle at the airport (in case you return your rental car and need a ride to the hotel (I had to use Uber at 18 euro + tips). I saw people wondering with bags around the empty lobby looking for the breakfast site and loading area of the shuttle (which is actually not next to the hotel). I reported all the problems to two shifts of receptionists and I received their "sorry" along with the feeling that I'm not the first guy telling them. I stayed in room 201 in late May 2026. If somebody will later stay in the same room and find any improvements, I'll be happy to edit my review.

Property was nice and clean. No restaurants near by other than those at other hotels near by.

The bus to take you to the airport should be 24 hours

My husband and I enjoyed the stay at the hotel. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was clean. However , we initially had a room that we don't like and was noisy, and I had a migraine. The manager responded quickly and changed our room for one more quiet. We really appreciated it. We used the sauna everyday. We will stay there again.

Closer to airport and city centre. Accessible for shops within 15 min walk. Very good front desk service .
