Otel konumu ve imkânları, fiyat-performans açısından mutlu ediyor. AVM üzerinde olması, ihtiyaçlarınızı kolaylıkla karşılamanıza yardımcı oluyor. Odaların temizliği ve bakımına biraz daha özen gösterilebilir. Üç gece konaklamamızda sorunsuz bir duş alamadık, su ya çok sıcak akıyordu ya da buz gibi. Personele söyledik ancak bir çözüm bulunamadı. Açık büfe kahvaltı, fiyat-performans açısından gayet yeterli. Otoparkı gayet kullanışlı. Elektrikli araç sahipleri için, otelin altında şarj istasyonu olması çok büyük bir artı.

Otelde konaklamamızdan genel olarak çok memnun kaldık. Fiyat-performans açısından beklentilerimizin üzerindeydi. Açık büfe kahvaltısı oldukça yeterliydi, odalar temizdi. Personel de ilgili ve yardımseverdi. Konforlu ve keyifli bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. Bölgede uygun fiyatlı ve kaliteli bir konaklama arayanlara tavsiye ederim.

Chec in took a long time as money went out of my Account. Then came back to my account then went out again. Very annoying as this took a while. AC didn’t work not work. TV did not work Called staff to see to it. This took almost 40 minutes by the time they came. AC was rectified TV did NOT work so it was early to bed. I am asking the hotel for some compensation. Please note Staff Don’t speak English

Good located. Good car parking. But the rooms need to get repaired. Shower is not working correct. Kitchen doesn’t have any clean or good stuff to use. We were buying from market plastic mugs. 😂😂😂😂 Staff at reception are very nice and polite. But cleaning is terrible. We stayed 7 days they cleaned the room 1 time. Same blanket same pillow they just made it look better 😂😂😂 we had to call reception for toilet papper several times. Also for towel. The girl in reception was so nice that she came her self with towels and toilet paper several times. The cleaning lady is just coming cleaning floor leaving towels 1 time in 3 days. So we had to call reception everyday for new towels 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 at the hotel app it say check out 12:30 but if you ask them it’s 12:00 and 1 hour for late check out cost 10 euro. I hope they fixe this things it have a very good location they should work on the cleaning and room quality
