Great location to stay. Brand new hotel. Mosquito is the only problem at the ground floor lobby in the summer. Very helpful staff.

The check in and the lines for breakfast were not appropriate to an hotel of this high standard. It is not expected to pay a security deposit for the use of the room that is 50% the cost of the room. Other than that, it us a great hotel for stay comfortably in Shanghai.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. The secret garden that wraps around the lobby level is absolutely stunning and the room was so beautiful I got design ideas for my own home. The epitome of an urban resort.
