Wyndham Ion Majestic Genting Highlands

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes

blood stains on fresh towels. sticky stains on remote controls. hsekeeping can be better. sound proofing of rooms as people watching and talking at corridors loudly cannbe heard in the rooms.

The room was terrible. Smelly, not clean and even the bottle watter in the room was opened. I have been staying Wyndham around the world and this is the worst.

Only 1 toilet for 3-4 people in the room !

Toilet had this bad smell from day one. Was cleaned but seemed to be a plumbing fault. In room dining was not an option as QR code not available to order.

Very good high end and affordable stay especially if you aren’t able to get any GW hotels. Only thing is that there is a rooftop pool that is not accessible unless you pay a seperate fee upon arrival because it is operated by Hard Rock Cafe. There is a hotel included pool on the lower floors though with a gym.

A very nice option for when you're visiting Genting Highlands. Less than 10 minutes drive from the mall and theme park area with lots of facilities within the property itself. The room was nice and clean with a gorgeous view of the surrounding mountains. Breakfast selection was OK, however some things ran out quickly due to the long weekend crowd. Facilities were fine, we enjoyed the heated pool. There is a paid rooftop experience where you can take some beautiful photos - a bit pricey but fun. Restaurant options were OK but you'll need to drive out if you want alternatives. The only thing is that some facilities weren't available - the kids playground pool didn't have water heating which made it too cold to be in and the infinity pool was closed for maintenance.

Overall its a good place to stay with family or friends. However, they should improve their sewage system as there is a strong stench in the toilets. Air freshners were probided upon request. Good to also take note on details such as providing handsoap in the toilets and kitchen as well. As for the gym, there should be a sign to inform guests to take the key card from the pool towel area.

Property is excellent even though it it's quite a distance from the main attractions...the staff are friendly and courteous..one suggestion would be to provide the shuttle service free for hotel guests...
