The hotel charged a $90 euro deposit fee which we were told would be refunded back to the credit card upon check-out after 3-4 days. Normally hotels only take your credit card info but do not run a charge amount for a deposit, and we had already prepaid the entire hotel stay amount. We have yet to receive back the $90 euro deposit amount, 2.5 weeks later. Hotel has not responded to messages sent, and the platform we booked the hotel has also been trying to contact the hotel on our behalf for this refund with no success. Therefore, we do NOT recommend this hotel as this is their way of "stealing" an extra $90 euro with no consequences.

The property is beautiful, hip and very clean! The staff are friendly and helpful and we enjoyed a nice continental breakfast each morning with a huge variety of meal options. Highly recommended!

Loved the room we were originally assigned but the air conditioning was not working when Paris hit a heat wave of over 30 degrees, we had to ask to change for another room and got a low floor room that did not have the city view which we had booked the room for.

Stayed here for 6 days for the Paris Marathon. The property is good and the staff is very friendly. The breakfast i thought was fine, not too elaboratw bur functional. The transit is close by takes you to the core of the city. There are very few places to eat around the hotel. I wish the hotel would invest in a restaurant in the future. Otherwise everything else was good, no complaints.
