This is my first time dealing with a hotel or managed apartment, where there was no host on site and no front desk. However, once I realized I could access them via WhatsApp, everything went very smooth from there. The room was very clean and the bathroom was huge. It was a great location and I highly recommend the little pasta restaurant down the street. Make sure you read your reservation details prior to arrival or it can make arrival very frustrating. I did not read them in advance. Therefore it took a minute for me to fill out all of my paperwork and gain access to the building. My vault Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay.

Not the most central, but value for money. Closest metro is San Augustino about an 11 minute walk, then 11 minute ride to Milan Centrale train station.

Very quaint hotel and we were treated very well. They arranged for our pickup at airport and next day train pickup.

We arrived early am after a red eye and we were a little hesitant trying to find it, and the instructions seemed a little complicated but really it was totally fine. Room was spacious, clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed. Fantastic location but also really quiet and away from super busy streets. Would definitely stay here again!
