Hotel Liautaud Rooftop Cassis

Reception was curt, abrupt and too firm on 3pm check-in. Hostile and lacking customer service. You have a right to look after guests arriving before 3pm, handling guests and suggesting where to go for lunch and welcoming with drinks would have gone a long way.

Brilliant location. Small room but great view of the port from our balcony. Staff were super helpful and accommodating. Lovely rooftop bar - be sure to book before!

Great experience! Staff was amazing and place was beautiful. They even did some of our laundry free of charge!

The staff was amazing, so helpful for information and things to do! They also even brought us to the train station in a cute little hotel car when our ride didn't show up! ! Loved the hotel and the location was perfect! The harbor and the reastaurants and shops are right outside your door! The only negative thing I have to say was that the carpet in our room either needed shampooing or replacing. Lost of stains from what looked like coffee. Everything else seemed very clean, so it was probably just stains that they couldn't get out. We got a standard room and it was very small. We brought too much luggage (2 carry on, one medium checked bag, and a couple smaller bags from buying gifts) so we were having to step over it to get to the bed. They have larger room options, but we just stopped there one night during our two week trip so we chose not to upgrade. Just thought that might be good info for people who haven't stayed here before.

Beautiful hotel with a view to die for! Very good service. I got an upgrade to a sea facing room and it was the most lovely stay ! The breakfast was sumptuous and highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay at hotel Liautaud and can’t wait to go back there again soon!

Top level service and kind hearted staff!! Baptiste is the most amazingly kind staff thank you!! We had such a wonderful few days!

The rooftop bar area is only open from 4 to 8 and drinks a double the cost of all the local restaurants we visited. The rooms are tiny even by European standards.

We really liked the hotel. We had a nice large room with double balconies. It was very clean and the staff was super friendly. Our only critique is to clean or get rid of the carpet!! 😬
