The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely courtyard. The staff are friendly and attentive.
Our shower was not particularly strong, but the bathroom was clean and looked good.
It is very close to the centre of Puebla, so excellent for exploring.

Charming hotel interior/courtyard. Nice cafe with good espresso. Rooms are clean and pretty basic. No a/c but a fan was provided. Fantastic service - front desk called to set up our early morning cab, then were on top of calling to check in when they were a few minutes late. Overall very happy and a great value!

Although the toon was clean, the carpet had stains all over the place. Also, the light was too dim . For a night, maybe 2 it was ok.

Clean room, spotless bathroom. Lights on the head of the bed were broken as well as the outlet right above the night table.
