නියමයි The hotel itself is nice, located right in the Old Quarter, a quick walk from a bunch of shops, restaurants, and sights. The furnishings in the hotel are new/modern. My room was also a good size. The real winner though is the staff. They are so nice and friendly, it made me feel really welcomed. The only thing I’d say that could be improved is the AC could’ve been stronger.

නියමයි Room is very clean and new, no musky smell, my room had a balcony, can open balcony door for fresh air, shower is huge, breakfast is amazing which includes unlimited ala carte menu items.
Very friendly staff, highly attentive and speaks good English.
Location is near to everything that I needed.
Definitely will return to stay.

I highly recommend the Minerva Premium Hotel. Excellent location, close to everything but on a quieter street. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. I stayed in a room with balcony which was very comfortable, great shower pressure.

Clean spacious rooms, excellent amenities. The staff were super friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived to the time we left. Fantastic location. Would highly recommend to other travelers.

A great boutique hotel in the old quarter! The staff are unbelievably helpful. The rooms are exquisite. The restaurant on the top floor, which is run by a 3rd-party company, offers a great breakfast.
If there was any criticism, the bar upstairs in the evening (run by the same company as the restaurant) is staffed by a group of people that seemingly have still to pass their customer service exams. The service up there only appeared when we chased them down and managed to get them to put their phones away! There are plenty of other bars very close by so this minor inconvenience shouldn't put you off. I would definitely stay there again.

නියමයි Clean and well maintained property. I have stayed at Minerva a few times. Great location for everything, from dining, supermarket, running and etc .
The staff are friendly, helpful and speak great English too. They gave a bag of nuts and a bottle of water for your journey to the airport.

Gem of a hotel. Great location and layout. Tasty included breakfast was helpful with feeding the kids before heading out each day. The best part was the friendly staff!

Very central location in the Old Quarter. Easy access to points of interest and tourist spots. Plenty of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, and markets within walking distance.
