Hotel Isla Capri

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

I personally would never come back here. We found a roach in the room, the room was dirty, there was no fridge or kitchen area at all. AC didn't work that well, toilet smelt. Shower flooded if water was running on "high pressure." Staff extremely unhelpful waited an entire 1.5 to get into reserved room. No seating, and light is bright white.

I arrived late last night, about midnight. I am given a room, supposed to water view with balcony. There was no balcony but the windows were not sealed though street noise was unbearable. Receptionist change the room. This time I noticed two roaches one in the bathroom other in the sleeping area. I contact to the receptionist again. He gave me another room. Overall the hotel was so outdated and dirty. I just crashed in without using shower or changing my outfit or opened my luggages. It was just annoying to relax. Left the room in the morning.

El personal en general muy amable. Bien situado para quien quiera estar al frente de la playa. Solo se atravieza la avenida. 10 minutos del aeropuerto (costo promedio del taxi 10.500 pesos). A la ciudad amurallada se llega a pie pero depende de la hora se puede pagar unos 12.000 pesos por un taxi. Cerca consigues tiendas abiertas todo el día, restaurantes, farmacias y supermercados. Café gratis y disponible las 24 horas del día. Los desayunos perfectos y los chicos que sirven son súper amables. Si buscas un hotel donde puedas pasar unos días sin necesidad de lujo, este es una buena opción. Lo recomiendo

Hotel tres basic, on a eu une chambre avec une fenêtre sur le corridor. Ce qui sauve cet hotel c'est la gentillesse du personnel et sa situation face a la mer! La piscine n'en est pas une mais une grande baignoire, peu d'eau chaude et tres bruyant, les enfants crient a toute heure !

Staff really nice, condition of hotel ok , but beach is in front of the hotel

It was very clean the people there were very nice the beach right across the street was not very expensive compared to further down the playa. Felt safe on the beach. Long Walk especially late at night for food might not recommend doing it.

This was not our 1st choice. Unfortunately our airbnb was closed after our booking and then the host for our 2md booked airbnb was unresponsive. So for the sake of not sleeping in the streets we found Isla Capri... what started off as just a hotel to "get the job done" bc the location for our future stays. Althought it is not a 5star resort like we'd hoped to have. The staff the food and the location was everything we needed and more. They were able to accommodate our group of 5 and went above and beyond for us our entire stay! We will never forget the love we experienced at Isla Capri.
