I stayed in a capsule, it was too hot, the fan/ac didn’t work. When trying to contact the “reception” emails went unanswered, and calls not picked up. The reception isn’t on site, so there’s no staff to talk to in person.
Being a hostel type accommodation it was really loud with other guests coming and going at all hours. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep.
The location is great, the showers were fine, as were the toilets. Never had a wait to use either

I booked a private room assuming it was ensuite, as hostel privates often are. My mistake. My large room was quite cute and comfortable but it was quite dirty — the glass pendant lamp was coated in dust and the trash had not been emptied from the previous guests and was already overflowing. There are not sufficient bathroom facilities for the number of people and the shared bathroom is very small and tight to move around in. Would not book this place again, even though it has a good location and was easy to access.

Room was clean and didn’t get any noise from outside, the location was amazing, right in the centre of everything. Only negatives were if rooms next to you opened their door it sounded like it was your door being opened and the toilet always seemed to be blocked which was a bit offputting at times.

Excellent location, just opposite the train station and a stone's throw from Tivoli and the shopping/dining area. Room was small but clean and well-maintained. Only drawback was the strict adherence to check-in time and lack of baggage storage facility.

Idag har klinikhunden Lumi varit pedagogisk och lärt vår elev Kira lägga tassbandage! Det blev väldigt tjusigt pga mycket duktig elev. Och på köpet blev vi av med lite hörapparatbeige vetrap som vi inte brukar tycka är så festlig på våra patienter, vem vill ha det när det finns så fina mönster och färger 😍
Lumi var mest väldigt lycklig över allt tubgodis med lammsmak som hon fick lapa i sig under tiden och brydde sig inte nämnvärt om att få på sig en liten boxarhandske ❤️
