SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Mountain View

Tired older property. Lumpy old mattress. No elevator which I believe violates the ADA as the hotel has multiple levels. Shower curtain did not fit within bathtub so bath got flooded during use. Breakfast OK (good coffee) but a large number of overprocessed foods. Outside hot tub boarded over. Staff were nice.

I loved the bathroom- good shower with grab bars and lovely sink. Room was clean but needed another chair. Only chair was desk chair. Clerk was rude when I checked in. Breakfast was terrible- cold eggs and potatoes. Sausage was slightly warm. Bagel and cream cheese good. Coffee and juice also good

Staff members were very helpful and sweet , the room was clean will definitely book with them again in the future

Love all the amenities on this property. Pretty convenient as it’s located by Trader Joe’s and Walmart. Will definitely come back here again if time and location permits. Staff was quite friendly and helpful as well.

standard property, free parking but limited, free breakfast, not the cleanest room ever but did the job.

My room was infested with ticks, no one who works there seemed surprised & the manager has not reached out to rectify the situation. I had to have my car & luggage chemically sprayed so I didn't bring any ticks home with me, replace all my groceries & hygiene products & transfer to a new hotel at 5am so I could make it to work on time. I noticed the pool wasn't particularly usable & the hotel was kind of what I expected. The room looked clean, my only guess is that the cleaning staff does there best but there's not much they can do if management doesn't pay pest control. After I left, I checked google reviews & they've had this problem for the past year. It's notable the manager didn't reach out to me, but took the time to respond to my google review essentially saying my experience wasn't possible. Disgusting way to run a business.
