The breakfast was not free. But fairly priced for continental breakfast. The room was clean but small and a nice modern shower with good ventilation. Only thing missing was fridge.

Well located, very personable staff. Could do with refurbishment in some areas. Staff happy to move us to a ground floor room.

The outside looked tired. The reception was clean and the checking in manager extremely helpful and polite.
Our room was very basic but tge bedding and towels were good and spotlessly clean. The big disappointment was the the room had a constant smell of urine, really not pleasant! We left early and I had decided to tell the manager about our stay, but he didn't ask!
Lesson learnt; pleased I'd found a bargain, but you do get what you pay for.☹️
