Guests will receive an email within 5 days before arrival with check-in instructions. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. All guests (including children) must email a copy of their passport to the property prior to arrival. Check-in instructions are provided by the property after the ID information is received. The additional fee (payable at the property) covers mandatory one-way boat transfer fees for guests ages 11-17.
