Jazz Hotel

තරු ශ්‍රේණිගත කිරීම් Klook හි දේපල පිළිබඳ දළ විශ්ලේෂණය මත පදනම් වේ (සේවා සහ පහසුකම් ඇතුළත් කර ඇති ආකාරය වැනි), තවද ඒවා යොමු කිරීම සඳහා පමණි.

Sconsigliato sotto ogni punto di vista: accoglienza pessima, atteggiamento aggressivo e servizi molto inferiori a quanto acquistato. Dopo decenni di utilizzo di questa piattaforma senza alcun problema questa è stata la peggiore esperienza alberghiera che mi sia mai capitata. Dopo il check-in, quando eravamo già lontani dalla struttura, siamo stati contattati telefonicamente con toni estremamente sgarbati e minacciosi: ci è stato detto di tornare immediatamente in hotel per liberare la camera altrimenti avrebbero provveduto loro a sgomberarla lasciandoci senza alloggio. Il motivo? Secondo loro non avevamo prenotato una tripla perché eravamo solo in 2 quando invece avevamo regolarmente pagato in anticipo una camera tripla. Sarebbe bastato verificare la prenotazione o chiedere con educazione, invece hanno assunto subito un atteggiamento aggressivo. Quando abbiamo inviato la fattura dimostrando che avevamo ragione non si sono nemmeno scusati. I problemi sono continuati: la colazione sulla prenotazione era descritta “a buffet” e nelle foto c'è una sala colazioni ma in realtà viene consegnato in camera un piatto con - per persona - 1 caffè solubile, 1 bustina di tè, 1 mini marmellata, 1 mini Nutella e 1 mini croissant confezionato (foto allegate). Anche in strutture più economiche non mi era mai capitata un'esperienza tanto spiacevole!

Rummen var rena. Mycket besviken. Ingen personal i receptionen eller någon annanstans. Frukost skulle serveras ”på plan 5” men där var det tomt. Vi betalade 6 EUR för frukost men fick inplastat mjukt bröd och en tepåse, vi skulle alltså koka vatten själva. Kan inte rekommendera detta.

Hotel room was nice and conveniently near the train station but the check-in process was difficult and there was never any staff on hand to help. Upon reaching the hotel at the check-in time, the door was locked and after ringing multiple times and asking if someone could let us in I was told 'sorry, I can't'. What proceeded next was a cryptic whatsapp message giving us instructions to enter the building, only after we'd entered lots of information to confirm our identity. The hotel room, once allowed in there, was lovely, but the check-in process was very stressful.

I came at night maybe around 00.00 - there was no body otel door was lock and i entered very scary building next to hotel and i am woman and i came solo- at the night i couldnt sleep because i couldt feel safe . İt was very awful

Helt greit hotell, veldig rent og fint. Fikk god service av betjeningen i forbindelse med at aircondition måtte ha service.

Lyhört smutsigt i badrumet svartmögel på väggen under ac frukost dålig.

The pros: -budget friendly -near train station -clean and tidy rooms -has essentials -fair price Negatives: -noisy and vandalized neighborhood -limited front-desk support -if the elevator doesn’t work, get ready to climb 4 flights of stairs -instructions sent to your phone

Naples right out of Napoli Centrale is quite rough. That being said, Jazz Hotel was a pleasant place to stay. The sheets were nice the breakfast was wonderful, but the room needs painting.

All was well except for the bed which was horrible. Could feel the springs.

Habitación limpia, pero nunca vimos al personal del hotel y cuando escribimos por WhatsApp para consultarles algo nunca respondieron.
