Riad Roummana Marrakech

Clean room, breakfast was good and shared it with the bees, the milk tumbler had a black stuff coming out when I poured the milk in the cup, small bathroom… there’s no elbow room when you sit on the commode, no shampoo but had a body wash in a little container that we used for washing hands, no bottled water( I asked Joseph for two), noisy( I think the whole neighborhood had a party right below the window of the room, as for the staff, Joseph and the younger guy were polite and friendly. And the property needs to update their information to the Expedia because the issues I had not able to contact them when I tried to cancel the third night. The good thing about it, a short walk to the Jemma el fna.

Could not ask for a better staff than this Riad. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delightful on the terrace and the location is in the perfect location to the square and the souks. I give it five stars!

Hotel was lovely. Rooms were nice - spacious and clean. Breakfast was nice, but same every day. Staff were amazing - very friendly

My wife and I, lived in this Riad during our two weeks stay in Marrakech. I will like to send special gratitude to Yaccine, Youssouf and Muhammed for their unwavering support and hospitality. They provided us with rides to and from the airport. The rooms were spacious and clean, breakfast was also great. The riad is in the heart of the madina square.

The room was adequate with a great bed but it took 3 days to turn the heat on and the shower drain did not work. Breakfast was good but it was very cold eating outside

Okay I promised I would take time to write a great review because everyone at Riad Roummana went above and beyond to make sure my stay was impeccable. I went to Marrakesh for my birthday, and I get sentimental thinking about it, but starting with the location, it is very centrally located in the Medina, walking distance from many sites, shopping (souks) and restaurants. It is stunning inside! The courtyard is beautiful, the rooms are cozy, clean and beautiful, and there is a great view of the city at the top. I was picked up at the airport immediately by Mohammed and met by Yassine at the front desk. I cannot say enough great things about Yassine. He goes above and beyond to make everyone staying there feel safe and welcome. The breakfast is traditional and delicious, served upstairs with the city view. Very luxurious! Both Yassine and the other Mohammed at the front desk were extremely helpful, even at one point going to get bottled water and helping me find a tea set among other things. Great job in hiring them!! I was even given a hospitable gift for my birthday. I nearly cried. Everyone was so warm and welcoming, which is very important to feel within the walls of your Riad, as outside can feel a little less safe in the busy Medina. I had such an authentic and comfortable experience. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing stay at this Riad! The food was fresh every morning, the place was spotless, and the location was perfect. The staff were incredibly humble, kind, and always ready to help. I highly recommend this Riad to anyone visiting — a truly wonderful experience!

Typical Riad, nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Fabulous breakfast! But best part was the staff! Absolutely the best!

Delicious and generous breakfast. Convenient shopping areas and very close to Medina. Excellent location. Friendly and hospitable staff.
