The room was clean and well equipped. Location is good for those who wants to be located near to Gleneagles Hospital. Check in process was okay.
What is probably worrying however is the required bank transfer deposit and the need to send ID document to some unknown person which can be easily misused.

Grand immeuble, chambre très propre et confortable. Le proprio n'est pas sur place, mais c'est facile de communiquer avec lui. Endroit tranquille, un peu loin du centre-ville.

නියමයි This property is very nice. The pool is great. But most of all the staff are friendly and helpful.
The room was more than enough for me and my wife and we really loved it here. There is 3-4 awesome restarsunts and one mart literally in the same building connect.
The process is simple:
200rm deposit which is normal for Malaysia
On checkout I requested a late check out and was welcomed with no issues. I received the rest of my deposit and left.
I would recommend this to everyone. Great stat and wonderful host

Great budget place to stay. Short walk to subway. Bit of a strange check in process since apartments are rented privately but it was easy enough once we sorted it out. Pool was a nice feature and the room we got was great. Security was also great.
