We did not drive so we did not visit the near by town. The hotels food was delicious. Dinner was cheap but the breakfast was a little pricey. Would recommend others to stay here. Room was huge and very clean.

Rooms and facilities were clean. Staff were very helpful with check in/out and various issues. Wish the hotel shuttle to the town/train station and back operated a bit more frequently. The hotel should promote it's gift shop (tucked away in a hidden corner) and other services (Yamato Transport).

Absolutely fabulous !! Looked forward to returning to the hotel every day. Highly recommend and great location at the bottom of the slopes.

Still fairly new. Staff helpful but the front desk gets pretty busy at times. The restaurant seems better than it was a year ago when we first stayed there. We were upgraded to a room with club lounge access, which was nice. The best thing about this hotel is that it is a short walk (across the street) from the ski slopes and lesson center/rentals. Parking is not guaranteed but generally available. Room are Japanese, so smallish, but nice tub with hot water from a natural spring.
