Close to Macquarie Park transport more than Macquarie University We were on level 2 and the noise from the road made it really hard to sleep - hotel is on a downhill section of a main road before lights so trucks etc constantly braking. Was clean and fine - just noisy.

Excellent staff and very clean property. Property was priced ok based on 2 rooms. But location is quite far from the downtown and priced as downtown prices. Everything was well connected with the metro and bus so location based on that was excellent. Would have preferred if the breakfast was included in the cost of the stay.

Good location, modern hotel with easy parking and proximity to food, shops and transport. Room was very stale and musty, there was hair in the bathroom. Bed was very very firm and pillows needed replacing.

Changes that were made to the booking and confirmed were not transferred to hotel reception so at one point there was suggestion there was no room for us. An offer was made if I would accept 2 single rooms. This was unacceptable with 2 young children. Eventually a new room was found however, even though it wasn't the room I had booked and paid for, a refund of any amount was not offered. There were only 2 towels in the room so two of us had to share a towel. Overall a very stressful check in and such a shame as my last experience was flawless.
